note: Changed the bug in previous post a bit; the "select some files at the bottom first" part has nothing to do with it.

Topic: r721 - Position slider (seek slider) no longer expands (2 replies, posted in Squashed Bugs)
In r717, it expanded, taking up as much space as the width of the window and the other items allow it to.
In r721, it no longer expands, keeping its default (very small) length.

Can't wait to try it.
I occasionally listen to Chinese or Japanese songs, so this is a welcome addition. (Sure, I can only recognize about 1 out of 10 characters, but it helps for that 1 char. ;p )

Hi, nice to meet you.
As said before by the others, thanks for your efforts in "hacking Cog." ;p
You'll have to get used to me hanging around here 24/7 bugging you with bug reports (no pun intended, I swear) and making annoying and repetitive requests. ("Ooh! Add this feature! Ooh! Change this function! Ooh! Make me a sandwich!" XD )
By the way, are you French (or speak French) or is it just a name? (Then again, "Reffhaug" doesn't sound very French.)

Yes, I noticed that as well.
It seems very promising. (The window doesn't remember its size and position right now, but it's understandable considering it's a brand new feature.)
And I think adding it to the File Drawer is a great idea, since the "Open With Spotlight" window seems a bit "cut off" from the rest of the interface. Might not encourage people to use it as much.

Ah, looks like this has finally been added in r694!
Awesome!
I would not recommend using Control Left Arrow/Right Arrow though, as those are the default keyboard shortcuts for switching Spaces in Leopard.
I've turned off Spaces for the time being so that seeking will work in Cog.

Re: Cog 0.07 Take 2: A little bit stirred (Tiger users, please test this!) (10 replies, posted in Development)
Just ran it. Everything seems... well, normal. Nothing right away that I can notice.
Then again, I'm using Leopard, so I can't test the Home/End stuff, and I've never had the column problems in Leopard, so I basically see/feel no difference.
But man, haven't played an SPC in Cog in a while. (can't wait till 0.08 becomes more mature)

The 0.08 nightly builds are 10.5 Leopard only.
I don't know if hazett has Leopard.

Re: Shiny New Website (10 replies, posted in Development)
The "unified" links at the top are very nice.
It also makes going from the forums to Trac, or from Trac to the site, or site to forums, and so on, really easy.
I do, however, still find that the top links (Download, Features, etc.) look a bit weird.
I find that the 2nd row of links in the forums (Index, User list, etc.) with the new look looks better.*
edit: *same look adopted by the 2nd row of links in Trac (Wiki, Timeline, Roadmap, etc.)
