Due to insanely huge amount of spam Cog forums are getting daily, registration approval is enabled. To prove you're not a spam bot: email "dmitry [dot] promsky [at] gmail [dot] com" putting "Cog forums registration" into the subject and mentioning which nickname you're registering in the body of the message (those are read by me, so freeform) and i'll approve the registration as soon as i can.
