New to Cog - need help re: artwork

Simple question, I've seen reference on this forum to album artwork display and growl. But I have no idea how to display the artwork. I can find no option in Prefs or elsewhere, and a search on this forum didn't shed any light.

Can someone help out a newbie and point me in the right direction?
