File Tree Panel: Command Control Enter to open/enqueue (reverse pref)

Currently (r887), Command Control double-clicking does work. (to reverse the pref of "clear when adding" and "autoplay when adding")

Unfortunately, Command Control Enter does not, so there is no keyboard-only way to do this right now.
