#1, #2 should be fixed as of r544. I added the types to Info.plist (They still need icons though)
#3, #4, #6 should be fixed as of r545.
#5 should be fixed as of r5xx, I don't feel like looking it up. But it should be working!
Let me know if you're sitll having problems. I'll let you know if I get any farther with the PSF-related stuff.

The track number is actually part of the metadata.

#6 still remains.
Drop a folder with VG music files and an M3U with those files into Cog, and both the files and the M3U's list will be loaded.
Do the same with a folder with MP3s, the files won't be added twice.

Yeah, it doesn't load twice now... 
...although I've found another playlist-related issue. 
This may or may not have to do with the VG music formats.
I don't have access to the Mac until later, so I'll post it tomorrow.
