Case Sensitivity in Alphabetizing

I noticed that Cog is sorting artist names starting with lower-case letters below those starting with a capital Z.

I can see where this makes sense, but I thought I'd suggest the possibility of sorting lower-case letters immediately below the upper case of the same letter - or perhaps even case-insensitively.
