CPU Usage while streaming .ogg

I have the same problem when listening to mp3's over a low-bandwidth connection. The current playing song will not play smoothly while the utilization is at 99%+, but the CPU utilization will go back to normal (around 3%) after a while.

In general, Cog need some work to function good on low bandwith connections (in my case a 1-10Mbit VPN connection, depending on available bandwidth).
