Topic: Files that are in the playlist more than once for M3Us and startup

If an M3U has a certain file listed twice or more times, when loading the M3U, it won't add that file to Cog after the 1st time.

And of course, this also affects "Default.m3u" so at startup, any duplicate file will be removed.

I think I got this fixed, but I'm unable to test thoroughly tonight. Try out r587 anyways and we shall see.

Seems to be fixed.

However, it seemed to have brought back the "load same file multiple times when dropping a folder" bug, once again only with the new formats.
