Site suggestion for Development page

Still, sometimes, it'd be nice to at least be able to see what has changed or what has been added in the past 3-4 builds.

That shouldn't be too difficult. I haven't had much time to update the page though, I've been working on Cog itself. Things are a bit tricky though because right now I'm working on two branches, and it will only ever add log messages from one due to the way it's set up.

One is 0.07, the other is 0.08+

I think that may get a bit confusing. Technically, I should have moved 0.07 to unstable, and 0.08+ to nightly, then we'd have a nice clear separation. But, I wanted as many eyeballs as possible on 0.07, so I didn't.
