I'm glad if it could smile

hello,
there isn't any possibility to do this with cog (unfortunately..)

you'll have to use a tag editor - just google for one

I hope this was just the beginning =P

you can change the behaviour in the settings->playlist

hmm.. I don't know if this solves the problem but I already experienced this:
in my tagging-app the files had some tags, but in cog they wouldnt show.. so I "rewrote" the tags and voilà, there they were.. (and again, I'm using the nightly build)

am I right in saying that you don't have problems with *every* cue file? maybe the cue files have an error - although they seem correct. you could try to create new ones..

I just can say that I don't have any problems with cue files - they work fine.

another question: which cog version do you use? (I guess the 0.07 version because you mentioned this in another post) maybe you should try the nightbuild..

Hey there, why isn't cmd+opt+r switching the repeat to "repeat one" ? It switches to "repeat all", "don't repeat" and that's it.. I'm using the nightly build.

Yep, the ability to add columns should be integrated

unfortunately cog does not support editing the infos of the files.. you'll have to use an mp3 tagger - which isn't bad either.. some of them have really good features such as auto-fill wink

about your second question: i'm not sure but, as far as i know flac is a format for much higher audio quality than mp3 so converting from a bad quality into a format with better quality support won't make the files better/any difference smile

edit: i've looked it up and it's like i said.. flac, or free lossless audio codec, as its name says is for lossless converting, but you're mp3's will already have some quality flaws so converting into flacs wouldn't make sense unless you just want bigger files =P (if 'im wrong correct me please..)

well, you just can drag&drop them in the cog window and save them as a playlist =P

adding a tag editor and an equalizer would make cog perfect..

i know what you mean by "didn't fit in snow leopard" and i have to say that you're right..

i like the sharpness of yours - would even consider using them wink

I can't agree with you there..

1) I don't have any problems with cue-files.. Maybe there's an error in the cue-file you've tried smile

2) The option to increase volume up to 400% (have to mention that i've never used 400%) is just right for me.. Because 200% or so are in my opinion very listenable and helps me a lot^^

Just my two cents =P

well, i get your point with the global keys but the thing with the UI buttons can be solved pretty easily:
either use the "seek forward/backward" function or just drag the "position" of the track to wherever you want ;D

i know this doesnt solve your problem but you can always find a workaround^^

Nope, software update just keeps telling me to "update" itunes but i just ignore it =p (i dont have quicktime either^^)

@root_42: well.. that is the problem with apple. if you want to use/sync their stuff you got to play by their rules (i.e. use their software =p)

I'd be happy if i could just "extract" the tracks of the playlist into any folder i want.. would save soooo much time & work (well.. not for the developers i think =p)

Second that! (or third that..? whatever - just drawing some attention to this feature =p)
