How about just keeping the file drawer state from when Cog closed?

Probably a good idea.

EDT, which is I believe is -4 GMT at the moment. Also, I do have email if you want to ask off-topic questions, or theres the General forum. smile

Hmm. Interesting idea. My "Music" key actually brings up Cog (though I have no idea what dark magic the logitech driver is doing in order to do that.).

It's not that it's too complex to program.

It's too complex for the user. If someone opens the preferences and it presents them with a giant string of gibberish, Cog becomes more difficult to use. A drag and drop approach may work, but would be too complex to program (Or, at least I wouldn't be doing it).

In the end it would just be a seldom used feature that just adds lot of unnecessary complexity.

You should definitely try out version 0.06 then. The hot keys are global, and you can set them in the preferences. smile

Do  you mind reuploading it using zip, tbz, or tbz2? I'm not a fan of stuffit.

Thanks, I think I know why it's doing it. I'll fix it when I get a chance.

Thanks. I'll take a look when I get a chance.
Cog's playlists wont be compatible with other playlists any more if it contains multi-track files due to the way Cog keeps track of them (Most players don't treat them as individual files, to my knowledge).I don't see this as a huge problem, but with this relative path bug, it isn't even across-machine Cog compatible, so that definitely needs fixing.

Could you take a look at the console output when this happens? There should be (at least) two entries, "Before:" and "After:"

Ok, try r565.

It doesn't randomly pick the next track.
It likes tracks at the beginning of the playlist.
Randomly picking the next track would probably be an improvement. I'll add it to the 0.08 list.

I think maybe it'll be in 0.08 as part of the better error handling.

I'm moving this to the archive. Features for 0.07 have been decided upon.

I'm guessing this has been fixed? Seems to work with track at least.

Marking this as resolved.
